12.3 By publishing feedback or comments, a User grants Campus full rights to use that content. The User acknowledges that feedback, comments, shares, tags and uploaded content become publicly visible. The User recognizes Campus’s reputation in its field and undertakes not to engage in activity that may harm that reputation

E Purchases on the Website

13. A Customer joining the purchasing service confirms having read and accepted these Terms and consents, subject to applicable law and the User’s authorization, to inclusion in Campus’s mailing list and to communications by email, SMS or other lawful means

15. If the Business grants gifts or benefits to Website purchasers, their selection is at the Business’s sole discretion, and the Business may change or discontinue them at any time without prior notice

16. The Website enables convenient purchase of displayed Products. Each Product has an item page containing its details and sale price. Campus may update item pages, add or remove Products, remove out-of-stock Products and change prices. Website images are for illustration only, and the actual Product may differ from its image or displayed details. Prices include VAT as required by law unless expressly stated otherwise

17. To purchase, the User must provide basic details such as name, address, email, telephone number and credit-card information. Correct information is required for prompt and reliable processing. Knowingly providing false information may constitute a criminal offense and may result in civil or criminal proceedings, including damages caused to Campus. Campus will verify credit-card details when the order is placed; after approval, the User will receive confirmation. The card will be charged immediately upon completion of the order. Approved Products or services are referred to as the ‘Items’

18. A purchase is completed only after the order process is complete and Campus receives authorization from the credit-card company. If payment is not approved, the Customer will be notified. In that event, the User waives claims against Campus. Campus may limit the quantity of Items in an order

19. Orders may be entered at any time except during maintenance or other downtime. Delivery and service times are subject to these Terms and the Website. Such times may change or vary, and the Business is not bound by them

F Delivery of Products

20. When arranging delivery, the Customer may authorize leaving the Products near the delivery-address door or at another requested location if no one is present. This is entirely at the Customer’s risk. Without such authorization, Products will be returned to Campus and redelivery will require an additional delivery fee. A Customer requesting unattended delivery assumes full responsibility, including in the event of theft, and remains liable for the full purchase and delivery charges

21. Campus may deliver Products itself or through an independent delivery company, at its discretion. Delivery will be made within several days after the order, where possible by prior arrangement, and generally within up to five Business Days. Campus is not responsible for any act or omission of the delivery company, including delay

22. Products will not be delivered outside Israel and will be delivered only within service areas defined by the Business from time to time. There is no delivery on Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves or holidays. Campus is not required to deliver to security-restricted areas. The Business may change service areas without notice. Delivery is possible only where the requested address is within the service area and no technical or other obstacle prevents delivery

24. If delivery is attempted at a pre-arranged time and the User is absent, the Products will be returned and an alternative delivery time arranged

25. Delivery periods begin upon credit-card approval and are estimates only. Third-party delays may affect them. Campus is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, including war, hostilities, emergencies, natural disasters, supplier strikes or shutdowns, or any cause beyond its control. In security-restricted areas, Campus may coordinate delivery to a nearby customary location. Campus does not commit to a delivery time for out-of-stock Products; if unavailable, the User will be notified and may cancel

26. Delivery may, at Campus’s sole discretion, be conditional on presentation of the User’s identity document, order confirmation number or other identification requested by Campus or its representative

27.4 Cancellation due to a defect or discrepancy between the Product and its Website description

27.4.1 The User must inspect the Product immediately upon receipt and compare it with the order. Any discrepancy or other dissatisfaction must be reported to Campus customer service within 48 hours after delivery. Customer service will coordinate completion, replacement or return and any charge or credit, as appropriate and required by law. If the Product is received defective, the User may cancel within 14 days of receipt by returning it through a courier or at the studio

27.5 Questions regarding inquiries, exchanges or returns should be directed through the Website contact form or to br.shayli@gmail.com. Any return or refund requires return of the Product within 14 days after receipt, in accordance with the instructions accompanying the shipment, unused and in the condition supplied

27.6 A refund following cancellation will be made through the original payment method within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation request and returned Product, subject to law and presentation of the original invoice

A Customer may request removal from the database at any time by giving written notice in accordance with law

30. The Business may use supplied details and information collected about usage patterns to improve services and customer relations, for direct mailing, or for analysis and provision of statistical information to third parties, provided the information does not identify the Customer

Campus is likewise not liable for direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure if information is lost, reaches a hostile party or is used without authorization

34. Campus undertakes to use registered Users’ details only to operate the Website, enable purchases and maintain contact, as described on the Website. However, Campus may disclose a User’s personal details where the User has harmed or may harm Campus or a third party, used Campus services for an unlawful act, a court order requires disclosure, or in connection with a dispute or legal proceeding. Campus may also use non-identifying personal information for statistical analysis and presentation or delivery to others

35. The Business and those acting on its behalf are not liable for damage, bodily injury, loss or expense suffered by a Customer or third party due to a purchase, use of the Website or inability to purchase, where caused by an act, omission or negligence of the Customer or a third party, including an unauthorized credit-card purchase, a purchase by a minor or legally incompetent person without guardian consent, unauthorized third-party Website activity, or use of the Customer’s password by another person

40. Subject to liability imposed by law, the Business is not liable for direct or indirect damage relating to Products purchased on the Website and supplied to the Business by a third-party manufacturer or importer

41. Website use is solely at the User’s risk. The Business and those acting on its behalf shall not be liable for damage, bodily injury, loss or expense directly or indirectly connected with Website use. The User declares that neither the User nor anyone acting through the User shall have any claim, demand or action against the Business, its managers, employees or representatives in connection with the Website, and that this undertaking is irrevocable

42. Without limiting the foregoing, the Business shall in no event be liable for an amount exceeding the price of Products ordered and paid for by the Customer

I Cancellation of a Purchase by Campus

43. Campus may at any time, at its sole discretion, discontinue Website activity or cancel a User’s purchase, including in the following circumstances
